This system automatically records scheduled lectures and integrates directly with your course materials.

How to Request Automated Lecture Capture

Because automated capture relies on room-specific hardware schedules, requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the start of each semester.

Instructors can request this service using either of the following methods:

Method 1: Directly via Moodle

  1. Log into your Moodle Course Page.

  2. Look for the "Question Mark" icon located on the bottom right side of the page to initiate the request.

Method 2: Online Request Form

⚠️ Note: Not all rooms support automated recording. Before submitting a request, verify your classroom's capabilities by reviewing the List of Equipped Classrooms.

Zoom & Moodle Workflows

If you also teach hybrid or remote sessions, Echo360 bridges the gap between your platforms:
