Double-sided 15¢ per sheet 55¢ per sheet

Adding Funds

All printing is paid for using Brandeis WhoCash. You can add funds to your account via the following methods:

  • Online: Add funds directly online.

  • Mobile App: Download and use the GET Mobile app for iPhone or Android.

  • In Person: Visit the Campus Card Office located in the Epstein Building, Room 101.

Setting Up Your Device

Before you can print, you must configure your device while connected to the eduroam campus network.

1. Install the Print Queues

  • Windows: Download and install the setup program from go.brandeis.edu/mobileprinting.

  • Mac: Use the built-in Printers & Scanners feature in your System Settings while connected to eduroam.

2. Associate Your Brandeis ID Card

You must link your physical ID card to the PaperCut printing system at a Ricoh machine before your first use:

  1. Tap or swipe your Brandeis ID card on the printer's card reader.

  2. When the login screen appears, enter your Brandeis username and password.

⚠️ Important: Do not include @brandeis.edu in the username field. Doing so will cause the association to fail.

  1. Once submitted, your card is successfully linked and can be used to release print jobs instantly.

Scanning and Faxing

  • Cost: Scanning is free.

  • Locations: Scanners are located in the Goldfarb InfoCommons (Level 1) and the Farber Mezzanine.

  • Features: You can scan documents directly to your email, cloud storage, or a USB drive.

  • Faxing: One of the scanners is equipped with faxing capabilities. Please visit the Library Information and Borrowing Desk if you need assistance with faxing.
